My little tomcat
Where're you gonna sleep tonight
Where did you run to
It's getting cold outside

I keep on calling your name
Into dark
But nobody's coming home
Are you still alive?

I miss you walking around my feet
I miss you down the hall
I miss your purring
I miss your mewing
I miss touching your fur

What am I losing?
I'm losing a silent friend
On stormy winter mornings
In dull autumn rains

If anybody sees him somewhere
Please don't hurt him 'cos
He's just a little tomcat
Lost in this world
